OCTOBER 2010- ASC at Rocky Mountain Audio Fest
The Rocky Mountain Audio Fest was held at the Denver Marriott Tech Center Hotel from October 15-17, 2010. The show was one of the largest RMAFs to date, surpassing expectations of what has arguably become the largest annual high-end audio show in the United States

With an estimated 12% increase over last years 3700 attendees, This was landmark year for a show that's only six years old. Organized by the Colorado Audio Society, the first show was held in October of 2004. The RMAF is now considered by many to be the largest High-End audio show in the United States. The show is unique in that is end-user centric. Organized by audiophiles, the show serves audiophiles, opening its doors to the general public to come and explore the world so many of us cherish. This is a sharp contrast to older, better established shows such as CES, or T.H.E Show, which are open only to industry insiders and audio society members.
Exhibitors occupied around 170 rooms at the Denver Marriot Tech Center during the three days of the audio show. Of the over 170 exhibitor rooms, ASC provided acoustic room treatments for 64. Christopher Klein of ASC transported a truck full of TubeTraps and new SmartTraps to the show, providing free treatments for anyone who had expressed interest in having ASC treat their exhibition room during the months leading up to the event.
During the show, ASC kept a live blog and photo feed of the event. You can view this news feed at this link. ASC was honored to be a part of this year's Rocky Mountain Audio Fest, and to help serve in creating a better listening experience for all those in attendance. Arthur Noxon has a habit of repeating the old ASC slogan: "We don't make the sound, we just make it sound better." Nowhere was that more evident than in 64 rooms in the Denver Marriot Tech Center, where ASC got a chance to do what it is dedicated to first and foremost: making sound sound better.
These HiFi companies wanted to provide the best listening experience possible in an unfriendly environment. They chose TubeTraps for their exhibit rooms.
