Working hours: Fulltime, Mon. - Fri. 8-5. Hourly wage plus commission.

General Summary

If you enjoy the challenge of closing a big sale, this is the job for you! Coordinate and manage the design and sales of acoustic treatment products for home theater as well as other applications. Solve technical hurdles, work within client budgets, close sales. This is not a cold call sales position, customers call or email us with their project. You assemble a proposal, and a quote, and interface with customer.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to present technical information to clients in a sales situation
• Communicate well in writing and by phone
• Have a good phone voice, diction and manners
• Be organized and efficient with your time
• Be self-motivated with strong follow through
• Able to multi-task, handling up to 30 projects at one time
• Able to use a computer in daily business

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Consulting sales and contact management experience
• Audio, sound equipment, music, home theater background
• Understanding of residential construction work and blueprint reading a plus
